Today is my mother's birthday and Andy's mother's birthday. Yes exact same birthday, exact same age. Fischer calls his Grandmas "Mamma". He loves them like crazy!!! And of course, so do Andy and I.
My mother-in-law is the BEST! Anyone will tell you that I lucked out BIG TIME! She is kind, caring, generous, supportive, respectful and definitely inspirational. After 30+ years as a special education teacher she is launching into a new field of school psychology. She'll have that degree in no time. Happy Birthday Bets! We love you!
My mom is also fabulous, of course. She is warm, compassionate, giving, supportive and loving. She too is embarking on a new path, as a hospital chaplain. My mom has always taken great care of our family and friends and is now spreading that love to hospital patients. I know the hospital feels lucky to have her, just as our family does. It has been an exciting time as she and I are stretching our roles from mother-daughter into good friends. We love you so much, mom! Happy Birthday!We are proud to tell the world that you are our MOMS!

Happy birthday to the Mammas! And I know first hand how great your mom is... she supplied great comfort to my mom while she was in the hospital; something for which I am so grateful.
