One of THOSE mornings

Just once, I would like to be able to get out the door in the morning and to my planned destination without saying "It has been one of THOSE mornings!" I don't give myself enough time to get Fisch and I ready, I run around like a chicken with my head cut off getting us both fed, cleaned, dressed and grabbing all of our stuff. I don't even take the time to do my hair, at the last minute I usually remember to feed the dogs... all the while I'm blaming everyone -namely Fischer and the dogs- for making us late! As soon as I think we are ready and we're about to jump in the car, I realize that Fisch is missing a sock and shoe now, or that I can't find my keys or cell phone, or Fisch thinks I need earings or a coat or...or... always a few last minute things. AAAAAHHHHH! I know I'm not the only one with this problem... it just seems that I'm the only one still flustered by the time we arrive wherever we were going! It is not even like we sleep in and so there is not actually enough time. We are always up by 6:15, there is plenty of time... I just waste it! I think the answer to my problem is called: a morning routine and organization! Well, actually, we have a routine: wake up and then spend the next couple of hours laying around in Mommy's bed eating breakfast, reading books, playing games and watching TV.

So every morning you get to lay in bed and watch tv and play games...and your complaining! Lady if only! No I'm just kidding.I'm pretty sure I've never made it out of bed before 6:15, and if I have I'm sure I was ultra crabby!
