More thoughts on blogging my 29 day challenge

After feeling like blogging my daily gifts felt like bragging ( I also posted that on the 29 day giving challenge website), I received a comment from Cami Walker, the founder of the project.

Hi there. You don't have to blog every day. You can share stories whenever
you feel moved to. The intention behind sharing the stories is to help inspire
others to give... not to "brag." Sharing the stories also helps you acknowledge
yourself and be more mindful about your gifts and we get get gift ideas from
each other from reading the posts.

So, what I have concluded is that I'll share my gifts and experiences on the 29DGC website, and share my thoughts and feelings here, when I feel like I have something interesting to say.

Hey- Not about your blog entry but wanted to share a fun activity Z and I did today I think F would like- we worked on cutting and gluing with a car magazine. Z cut (I had to help a lot- he's just starting to learn to hold the scissors) out cars and glued them to a paper and then he dipped wagon wheel pasta in glue and glued those onto the wheels in the pictures to make 3-D cars. Too fun!

Don'y know how creative I am but I just know your kiddo loves cars too so thought maybe I should share- I think you and i and all the other teachers out here have all our kiddos doing "crafties" and the little games we used to play with our kids! This morning we counted 16 trucks on the road when we ran errands- so course at lunch (truck gardenburgers- I use my tow truck and train cookie cutters a lot nowadays) we tried to draw 16 trucks with crayons!
Poor old Zoe- despite your books and her pink clothes, she is doomed to a world of wheels.
